Our scheduling method is designed to allow for sufficient time for all of your Spa Services. In order to appreciate every bit of your experience please appear 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the occurrence you are running late, we will make the required adjustments to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee to accomplish your full service.


If you are new client, please arrive 20 minutes early for proper paperwork to be completed. This will also allow for a chance to familiarize yourself with our facility and permit yourself to start the relaxation you deserve. The unwinding will assist you reaching your well deserved tranquility getaway.


Returning Clients: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to unwind and allow for any updates with our front desk representative.


All Services will be paid for once services have been rendered. Delight Day Spa accepts Delight Day Spa Gift Certificates, Cash, and all Credit Cards. GRATUITY is appreciated as it is not included with service cost. Average Gratuity for Spa Services range from 20% or more.

24 hour cancellation notice is REQUIRED for all Spa Services. If any services are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before appointment time, the full value of the service will be charged to your credit card. We understand that emergency circumstances occur and we will accommodate you in any way we can. Please refer to Delight Day Spa Manager.


Due to the setting at Delight Day Spa, Children are Not Allowed in the facility unless being treated by the Delight Day Spa staff. This ensures our setting of offering a place of relaxation for you and other clients.


We provide a 100% guarantee on all Delight Day Spa. No Refunds. If a problem or dissatisfaction occurs, we will accommodate and schedule a redo appointment. However, due to the services we offer our promise will be based on our discretion for a redo. All situations will be reviewed by Delight Day Spa manager and will be responded within 72hrs.


All Delight Day Spa specials or promotions cannot be combined or used with any ongoing promotion. Adjustments will not be made to any previous services. Coupons, vouchers, QRB Codes, Social Networking Specials, Group-buying sites deals/promotions must be presented during checkout. All coupons/vouchers/promotions must be used within allotted time.
